Q. What is the price of the Infinity 2T cable system and is shipping included in the price of the system?
The Infinity 2T cable system is currently available starting at $29,500 plus any applicable taxes. Shipping is not including in the
price of the system.
Q. How long is the time frame from order/deposit paid to delivery?
Cable systems are stocked in our warehouse in Houston, Texas. It normally takes two to four weeks from the time we receive
your deposit to the installation date.
Q. What does your warranty cover?
We have a one year warranty that covers the repair or replacement of all wear parts. This is a parts only warranty and does
not include labor.
Q. What is the maximum cable length that you can have between the two towers?
Perfect set-up is between 600 feet and 700 feet tower to tower.  Towers need to be 25 feet away from the shore. Tower extensions
may be necessary for distances longer than 700 feet. Longer distances increase cable whip and increase wear and tear on the components.  Longer distances also reduce the operator’s sight of the rider when at the far end of the cable.
Q. Does your system have an automatic mode or does it work in manual only?
As far as programming, we are the leader of the two tower cable systems.  In our auto mode you can pick up a fallen rider,
deep start them back up and continue in auto mode without resetting the system. The auto mode takes the guesswork out
of the turns for both the rider and the operator. We can program multiple auto modes for a “C” rail turn or to customize for
individual riders.
Q. What do I need to have ready on the day you arrive to set up my system?
You must have electricity completely installed and available at your site.  Electricity must be run to a box within 10 to 15 feet of the placement of the motor tower.  The electricity must be 460 -  3 phase – 30 amps.  If you have 220 single phase, you will need a phase converter with transformer.  We will consult with you on size and product recommendations.  However, it is up to you to purchase and
have on site, installed and wired per local code prior to the cable set-up date.  A small enclosed building needs to be within 10 to 15
feet of the motor tower to house the electrical equipment for the system. All cement pads for tower bases and anchor points need to
be poured and cured. Anchor chains must be properly installed on all anchor pads. Please keep in mind that if we arrive at your site
and these items are not ready, additional fees may be incurred and/or we may be unable to complete your installation on that date.
Q. What type of equipment do I need to have available when you come to set up my system?
You will need to have a tractor or front loader available to use during set up.  It must be available for both days of the set-up and
capable of lifting 1000 pounds. You will need a powered watercraft (preferably a jet ski) to pull the cable across the lake from tower
to tower. It should have a 20hp or greater motor.
Q. What happens if there is inclement weather on my set-up date?
Your set-up will be rescheduled for the first available date we have open.  Please understand this could be several weeks based on previously scheduled installations as well as travel arrangements. We will do our best to get your system up and running but we recommend allowing time between your installation and grand openings and scheduled events in the event of this unforeseen circumstance.
Q. What type of maintenance is required on the system?
Although the Infinity 2T cable system was created for ease of use and operation, some mechanical knowledge is necessary for the
daily, weekly and monthly maintenance of the system. You will receive training on the procedures with the installation technician
during set-up of your system as well as an owner’s manual with this information. In the beginning the cable will stretch and you will
need to tighten the cable by putting more tension on the idle tower.  Eventually, the idle tower will need to be lowered to the ground
and a section of the cable cut and removed.  You will need to reattach the cable to the carrier and raise the idle tower back up and
align it. This should only need to be done after the system has been installed and the cable has stretched.
Q. Do I need any special tools to maintain my system?
Tools required for maintenance are not included with the system. You will need a 7/8” closed wrench, 13/16” closed wrench, two ¾” wrenches, 9/16” deep socket, 9/16” wrench, ¼” Allen wrench, ½” closed wrench and two crow bars for routine maintenance.
You will also need a 4” grinder with metal cutting wheel to cut off excess cable when shortening the length of the cable.
